This painting was painted during my time in Bermuda. It is a painting of a view that captured our focus when we went for our morning walks.
I am intrigued with how the brushstrokes and dabs define the way that light affects objects in the composition creating an atmospheric painting. What is really interesting is the effect of the water as it reflects the sky and the plants of the other bank in defining them with the use of the brush.
This is currently at the Arts Centre in the Dockyard, Bermuda.
